Terms of Use

YadavShadi.com ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform") is an online matrimonial service operated exclusively for the Yadav community in India and abroad. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.yadavshadi.com, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YadavShadi Matrimony Services Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the laws of India, with its registered office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

1. Eligibility

To register and use our Services, you must:

1. Be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
2. Be legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. Be a member of the Yadav community (by birth or marriage) or seeking a Yadav life partner.
4. Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform.
5. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must create an account using a valid email address or phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately at support@yadavshadi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Each user is allowed only one active profile. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Profiles created for others (e.g., family members) must have their explicit consent.

3. Membership Plans

We offer both Free and Paid (Premium) membership plans:

• Free Members: Can create a profile, browse limited matches, and send interest.
• Premium Members: Get full access to contact details, unlimited messaging, priority support, and verified badges.
• All payments are processed via secure gateways (Razorpay, PayU, etc.).
• No refunds for partial usage or change of mind. Refunds only in case of technical failure (within 7 days).
• Membership auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before expiry.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members
• Share explicit, obscene, or adult content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Platform
• Promote commercial services, MLM, or spam
• Collect or store other users' personal data without consent
• Interfere with the Platform's functionality or security

5. Profile Content & Ownership

• You own the content you upload (photos, bio, horoscope, etc.).
• By uploading, you grant YadavShadi.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate your content on the Platform.
• We may remove any content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.
• You must have rights to all uploaded photos and documents.

6. Privacy & Communication

• Your contact details (phone, email) are hidden from free members and revealed only with mutual consent.
• We may send you match alerts, service updates, and promotional offers via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
• You can opt out of marketing communications anytime via Account Settings.
• All user data is protected as per our Privacy Policy.

7. Matchmaking & No Guarantee

Users are solely responsible for verifying information and conducting due diligence before proceeding with any alliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
• We do not endorse or verify user-submitted information.
• Maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account without notice for violation of Terms
• Delete inactive accounts after 24 months
• Modify or discontinue any feature or service

You may delete your account anytime via Settings > Delete Account.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

For grievances, contact our officer within 30 days of the issue.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
